Irish Vanilla Bean Cupcakes

I couldn't resist when I heard a friend was throwing a St. Patty's Day party and needed goodies. I love cupcakes and these came out great.

Since I don't drink and there would be kids instead there, instead of using actual Irish Cream Liquor in the icing I substituted milk and flavoring. If you prefer to use Bailey's or other Irish Cream just omit the milk and extract and add 4 Tbsp Liquor.
