|LIME CAKE INGREDIENTS:|
|1(18.25oz) box||white cake mix|
|1(4 serv box||lime jell-o, (dry)|
|1 1/4 c||bottled non-alcoholic margarita mix|
|2 large||egg whites|
|1/2 c||canola oil|
|1 Tbsp||lime juice, fresh squeezed|
|1 Tbsp||lime zest|
|10 to 20||drops green food coloring, if desired|
|4 oz||whipped cream cheese|
|1 - 8 oz. pkg||frozen cool-whip, thawed|
|1 pkg||lime jell-o, dry (4 serving size)|
|1 to 2 Tbsp||bottled, non-alcoholic, margarita mix|
|1 tsp||lime zest|

DirectionsPreheat: Oven to 350 degrees F.
Coat: A 9x13x2-inch pan with cooking spray.In: A large mixing bowl, beat together cake mix, 1 pkg. dry lime jell-o, egg whites, oil, margarita mix, green food coloring, lime juice, lime zest and water until well blended.
Pour: Into prepared pan.Bake: About 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove: From oven and let cool.Meanwhile, In a medium mixing bowl, make frosting by beating whipped cream cheese and thawed cool-whip with electric mixer.
Add: Dry lime jell-o (slowly) and continue to mix well.
Add: Lime zest and 1 to 2 Tbsp. bottled margarita mix and continue to mix well with mixer until light and fluffy.
Frost: Cooled cake, cover loosely, and chill at least one hour before serving.
Store: Covered leftovers in refrigerator.
