By Stephanie Dodd skeen

I had this delightful dessert last night at BUNKO and everyone really enjoyed it. It can be made using various ingredients and the hostess said it took very little time to prepare.

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Layer half of the ice cream sandwiches in a 9 x 13" baking dish side by side; press down a little to join them. Spread evenly 1/2 of the Cool Whip and 1/2 of the chocolate fudge topping. Drizzle the amount of caramel ice cream topping you prefer. Add chopped peanuts; repeat all the layers with the Cool Whip on top and drizzle the chocolate fudge topping and/or the caramel ice cream topping and sprinkle nuts over this. You can use any kind of nuts you prefer; you can sprinkle candies, crushed oreos on this. Use your imagination. Also, neopolitan ice cream sandwiches can be used with strawberry Cool Whip. ENJOY!

Stephanie... I have had a very similar dessert... it was so good! The only difference was... drained crushed pineapple and banana slices on top of the first cool whip layer... and cherries on top. It was sooooo good!!!

Sea... I was all set to make something the other day... and I didn't have one ingredient.... what a bummer..... Well... in the words of Scarlet O'Hara....."Well, tomorrow is another day...."
