  • 1 1/2 c
    chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese (8 oz. each), softened
  • 1 c
    hot chocolate mix
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    cool whip
  • 1/2 c
    kraft mini marshmallow bits
  • 1/4 c
    colored sprinkles

How To Make hot chocolate cheesecakes

    Stir together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Divide into 15 cupcake liners and press down. Set aside.

    In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and hot chocolate mix until creamy. Add the eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and flour and beat again until mixed. Spoon into cupcake liners. Bake at 350* for 22 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool in pan 2-3 minutes. Remove to wire rack and cool completely. Refrigerate. Just before serving top with Cool Whip, sprinkles, and mini marshmallow bits.
