dark brown sugar, firmly packed
pure almond extract
pure vanilla extract
vodka (the cheapest you can find works best!)
1Into a heavy bottom sauce pan add: water, sugars & bring to a boil. Cook until sugars are well dissolved. Remove from heat & allow to cool for approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour.
3Pour Amaretto into desired bottles/jars & cap. Place chalkboard label (just like a chalkboard - erase & re-write over & over again) on jar & store in a cool/dry location.
