this is a great wedding cake but i have it as a anytime cake for different occasions
yellow cake mix
(8 oz) cream cheese
(5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding
can crushed pineapple, drained
container cool whip
angel flake coconut, to taste
1mix cake according to directions on the box. bake in 12x18x2 inch or 11x15x3 inch pan for 15 to 20 minutes (or as shown on the package for that size cake). let cool.
2mix softened cream cheese, pudding and milk until creamy and spread on top of the cooked cake.
3on top of this, spread 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well. spread cool whip on top of pineapple. sprinkle coconut flakes on top of cake to your liking. you can also add chopped maraschino cherries or nuts. serve cool.
