Great-Aunt Thelma's Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingredients

1 box
yellow cake mix
4
eggs
3/4 c
oil
1 can(s)
11 ounce mandarin oranges with juice

FROSTING FOR MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE

1 pkg
instant vanilla pudding
16 oz
can crushed pineapple - well drained and save
1/2 c
powdered sugar
4 oz
or half a carton of cool whip

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix and bake cake in 9x13 pan as directed for 35 minutes. Cool.
2Blend pineapple juice and pudding. Add the powdered sugar, and mix well. Then add the whipped cream. Spread on the cooled cake and refrigerate.
