Grandma Pond's Pound Cake
Family Tested & Approved
butter, room temperature
Cream butter and sugar in large bowl.
Mix in sour cream and vanilla. Mix well.
Add in sifted cake flour and baking soda. Don't over mix or the cake will be heavy.
Bake 1 hr. 15 min on 350 degrees and then lower temperature to 325 until done. Test with cake tester - don't overcook.
Melts in your mouth!
