Grandma Gene's Blueberry Pineapple Cake

Anthony Nicometi Jr

My Grandmother made this cake for my Mother and her 4 brothers when they were growing up. This was passed down to my mother, who slightly tweaked the recipe for convenience sake. And now, 3rd Generation, I dare not touch this recipe. I fallow it to the T. I Remember begging my mom to make this for me growing up. I actually think its the Reason I love the combination of Blueberries & Pineapple so much now as an Adult. This Cake is so easy and Every bit as delicious as something you would get out of a French Patisserie. I share this with you all, in hopes you Love it as much as I did/Do (:
