SEEMS LIKE EVERYONE LOVES JAM CAKE BUT IT TAKES ABIT TO MAKE IF U R PRESSED 4 TIME. SO I CAME UP WITH MY VERSION OF UT IN 1/2 THE TIME. HOPE U LIKE IT

Ingredients

1 box betty crocker spice cake mix made according to directions. ur batter can't be loose/thin
jelly or jam of ur choosing
1cup raisins. 2/3 cup ghopped walnuts
1 tub caramel frosting.
pre-heat oven 350. bake in pab sprayed with pam

Step-By-Step

1MAKE CAKE BATTER ACCORDING TO BOX. A LITTLE LESS LIQUIDS AS THE BATTER CAN'T BE THIN AT ALL. SHOULD BE A LITTLE ON THE THICK SIDE.

2ADD NUTS,AND RAISINS. BLEND WELL.

3ADD 1/2 CUP JAM [I LIKE THE STRAWBERRY] OR JELLY. FOLD IN WELL. PLACE IN PRE-HEATED OVEN 350 FOR ABOUT 40 MINS OR TIL TOOTH PICK COMES OUT CLEAN.

4LET COOL. WARM UP CARAMEL FROSTING IN MICROWAVE. 12 SECS. AND STIR AND 20 SECS AND STIR TIL LOOSE BUT NOT LIQUID AND RUNNY FROST CAKE WHILE FROSTING IS WARM[NOT HOT]

5LET FROSTING COOL. IF U LIKE AND WOULD RATHER NOT WARM UP THE FROSTING THATS OK. SERVE OR PLACE IN THE FRIDGE OR FREEZER 4 A MAKE AHEAD DESSERT AND TAKE OUT AM EARLY THE DAY U PLAN TO SERVE IT
