Gluten Free Nutella Cake in a Mug

I was introduced to Nutella when I was an exchange student in Germany back in 1983! I could not get enough of the stuff and took a couple of jars home with me. I was delighted to see it on the grocery store shelves, and always have a jar on hand in case I want some on my toast.
Since there are several friends and family members who are now forced to be on gluten free diets, I have been working on recipes for some of the things they love and miss, such as baked goods. I hope this one will make someone happy!
