1 box	dark chocolate cakemix
3	eggs
1/3 c	vegetable oil
1 c	hazelnut coffee (room temp)
1 c	frozen blackberries
1/4 c	white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp	sugar
2 c	semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c	heavy cream

I love useing my giant cupcake maker, Its pretty easy to use and I have alot of fun with it! I have used for baby showers and birthdays. Today my daughter asked me to make a chocolate one for her boyfriends birthday. A simple cake mix with some added twist.
Hazelnut Mocha Chocolate with a balsamic blackberry filling with a chocolate ganach.

Directions

Combine cakemix coffee oil and eggs, beate for 2-3min on med.

Lightly spray silicone cupcake pans. equally distribute cakemix between and put sprayed cake insert to make well for filling.
Bake 25=35 min. till toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from silacone
