DirectionsCombine cakemix coffee oil and eggs, beate for 2-3min on med.Lightly spray silicone cupcake pans. equally distribute cakemix between and put sprayed cake insert to make well for filling.
Bake 25=35 min. till toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from silaconeMeanwhile in small saucepan add berries, sugar and balsamic and just warm for 5 mins breaking berries down. Let cool.When cake is cooled remove insert and remove cakes.
Fill welll with berries, add top of cupcake and decorate.I made a ganache with warmed cream adding chocolate to melt.
