Fruity Caramel Flan Pound Cake

- 3 oz. flan mix
- 2 c
- whole milk
- 1/2 c
- caramel flavored non dairy creamer
- 16 oz
- frozen pound cake
- 14-16 oz
- frozen berries thawed but not drained
1Remove caramel sauce from package and set aside. Using the 2 cups milk prepare the flan mix, stir in flavored non dairy creamer. Cool 15 minutes
2Cut cake into 8 equal pieces. Overlap 2 pieces on each plate. Top cake with a few berries and 2 tablespoons of the berries juice.
3Spoon 1/3 cup of flan mix over the cake and berries, then drizzle caramel sauce over all.
