I got this out of a church cookbook. Makes a nice easy cake.

Ingredients

2 c
flour
2
eggs
1 1/2 c
sugar
1 (16 oz.) can(s)
fruit cocktail
2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
vanilla
frosting ingredients
1 stick
margarine
1/2 c
canned evaporated milk (not condensed)
1 tsp
vanilla
1 c
granulated sugar
1 c
flaked coconut
1/2 c
chopped nuts

Step-By-Step

1For Cake: Mix all ingredients well.
2Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan.
3Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
4Cool.
5For Frosting: Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Boil together 1 minute.
6Cool and spread on cooled cake.
