This was my moms recipe. I am not a fruit cake lover but I absolutely love this one,

Ingredients

1 medium
coconut
1 lb
black walnuts
1 lb
dates, chopped
1/2 lb
red cherries, candied
1/2 lb
green cherries, candied
1 lb
seedless raisins
1/2 lb
figs
1 lb
chopped pecans
1/2 lb
candied pineapple
1 c
self rising flour
1 1/2 can(s)
eagle brand milk

Step-By-Step

1Coat fruit and nuts with flour, mix well

2Add milk, mix well

3Pack tightly in a greased and floured tube pan

4Cook @ 250 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min.

5Cool and store in a tight container
