These are so moist and delicious! Something new to try when you have over-ripe bananas but are tired of always making banana bread!

Ingredients

1/2 c
butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 c
sugar
2
eggs
8 oz
sour cream
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2 c
flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
1 tsp
cinnamon
3 medium
mashed bananas
1 can(s)
cream cheese frosting

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Cream butter/margarine and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
3In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.
4Gradually mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Mix in the mashed bananas.
5Spread into a greased 15x10 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
6Frost with cream cheese frosting. Store in the fridge.
