Eggnog Pound Cake

this is a great pound cake for this time of the year it smells so good while it's baking

Ingredients

1 box
yellow cake mix
1 box
instant vanilla pudding (3.9 oz) this is what makes the cake dense
4
eggs
1 c
eggnog
1/4 c
vegetable oil
2 tsp
rum extract
1 1/2 tsp
nutmeg

FOR THE GLAZE:

1 c
powdered sugar
1/4 tsp
rum extract
4 tsp
eggnog

Step-By-Step

1In a mixing bowl combine all the cake ingredients and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
2The batter will become very thick. I suggest buttering and flouring your bundt pan and don't use nonstick spray for the easiest release.
3Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until done. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes then turn cake upside down to release from pan,
4Let cool completely. To make the glaze mix all the glaze ingredients then with a wooden spoon pour over cake letting it drip down the sides.
