Ingredients

1 1/2 cup flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp canola oil
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup cold water
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanills
FROSTING
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oleo or butter
2 tbsp cocoa
1/3 cup milk

Very easy, and who dosen't like chocolate.

 

Directions

You mix, bake, and frost this cake in the same pan, here's how In 8x8x2 pan sift all dry ingrediants. Add all wet ingredients and mix with fork until smooth. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Top wih frosting and enjoy.

To make frosting--- mix all ingredients well and bring to a boil cook 2 minutes (time it) Remove from heat. When lukewarm beat till thick enough to spread Add chopped pecans on top if desired.
