pure vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a bundt pan with Pam Spray.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, egg nog and vanilla.
Stir together flour, baking powder & salt. Gradually beat into butter mixture.
Combine nuts, sugar & cinnamon for topping mixture. Scatter half the topping evenly over the bottom of the pan. Spoon in half the batter. Add the remaining topping and the rest of the batter.
Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
