take your cream cheese (rm temp, 8 oz)and your lemon juice and using a fork, mix the two until completely blended. Next, add your can of milk and using a hand blender( if you have one )otherwise blend by hand until completely smooth. now add your vanilla extract. Pour mixture into pie crust and refridgerate overnight or atleast a few hours before you want to serve. Last, add your topping( I like cherry pie filling) but you can use whatever topping you like or no topping at all.
