Easy Lemon Cake Pudding...

lemon juice, fresh
Heat oven to 325F. Lightly grease & flour custard cups.
Sift together dry ingredients in large bowl.
Beat egg whites with the sugar until sift peaks & glossy.
Combine wet ingredients to flour mixture. Fold in egg whites. Make sure not to over fold.
Pour into custard cups, set in pan of hot water & bake for 45 mins.
