Easy to make when the chocolate cravings hit. This is also a hit at my office when we have a covered dish lunch.

Ingredients

1 stick
margarine, softened
1 c
sugar
4 large
eggs
1 can(s)
(16oz) chocolate syrup
1 c
self rising flour

ICING INGREDIENTS

1 stick
margarine
1 c
sugar
1/2 c
evaporated milk
1/2 c
chocolate chips

Step-By-Step

1Beat margarine and sugar together in mixing bowl. Beat in eggs until fluffy. Add syrup and blend.
2Stir in flour and beat well.
3Pour batter into buttered and floured 9x13 baking pan. Bake in 325 degree oven 25-30 minutes, or until cake test done. Cool and frost.
4Icing
1 stick margarine
1 cup sugar 1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup cholocate chips

Bring margarine, sugar and milk to boil. Add cholocate chips. Stir until well mixed. Pour over cake.
