Annamaria's Notes:

I love creating peep cupcakes for Easter. They are so fun and make everyone smile! You can use any flavor cake mix or frosting! Be creative for Easter! I prefer using Whopper malted milk eggs because the coating is speckled like real bird eggs!

Directions

1
Make cupcakes according to package directions on cake mix, you can use any flavor cake mix.
2
When cupcakes are cool, frost them and sprinkle edges with toasted coconut or green food colored dyed coconut. Place a few jelly beans or whoppers mini malted eggs. Voila, you just created a Peep Cupcake!

As far as ideas go, sometimes they keep me up at night, like now, it's 2:39am. I am working on my cookbook and trying to post recipes and plan birthdays. It's never a dull moment in my head, now I just wish I could get all done quicker! LOL!

Really cute idea~~

I know it should be pretty self-explanatory, but you forgot to mention to actually put the peep onto the cupcake.
