This looks so pretty, and is scrumptious with green tinted coconut and jelly beans on it. can be a layer cake or 13 x 9 . I use 7 minute frosting on this particular cake.

Ingredients

1 c
soft butter
1/3 c
sugar
1 1/2 c
light corn syrup
2
eggs
3 c
flour
1 1/2 Tbsp
baking powder
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1 1/2 c
milk
1/2 c
vegetble oil

Step-By-Step

1preheat oven to 350 degrees

2grease and flour baking pan, or use cooking spray

3cream butter, sugar and corn syrup in large bowl. add eggs and beat until light and fluffy. about 1 minute.

4sift dry ingredients together. add oil to milk and add to batter alternately with dry ingredients, beating after each addition until all is used.

5pour into prepared pan (s) . bake 20-30 minutes.
when cool frost with 7 minute frosting. sprinkle with tinted coconut and some jelly beans.
