Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9X13 pan.
Drain and dice peaches. Drain raspberries. And add to the cake pan.
Sprinkle cake mix over the top evenly.
Pour melted butter over the top of the cake mix.
Sprinkle coconut and chopped nuts over the butter.
Bake for 25-30 minuets or until the coconut has a toasted appearance. Serve warm.
