I once made this cheesecake and took it into work. It was devoured in minutes. One of my co-workers said that it was the best cheesecake she had ever eaten and has since requested it on several occasions. 1Combined chocolate graham cracker crumbs and butter in medium bowl. Press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan.
2Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk unitl smooth. Add sugar, eggs, lime, juice, and vanilla; beat until combined.
3Microwave chocolate morsels (large) in microwave safe bowl, uncovered, 1 minute, stir. Stir in 2 cups of cheese cake batter into melted chocolate; mix well. Alternating, spoon chocolate batter and plain batter into crust, begining and ending with plain batter.
4Bake at 300 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until center is set. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; run knife around edge of cake. Cool completely. Drizzle with chocolate syrup, carmel syrup, and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. Chill for several hours or overnight in refridgerator.
