Delicious Dark Chocolate Brownies!
unsalted butter, melted (2 1/2 sticks)
real vanilla extract
dark chocolate cocoa
1Preheat your oven at 350 degrees
Grease and flour a 9 x 13 Pyrex dish.
Have ingredients at hand.
2Beat eggs in a medium size bowl with a hand held mixer on high until frothy.
3Add your sugar, continue to mix on low until blended
4Add cooled melted butter, vanilla and salt. Continue to mix on low until blended. set aside.
5Mix your flour and cocoa powder in a separate bowl and whisk to blend.
6Add your flour and cocoa powder to your wet ingredients with a wooden spoon.
7Pour into your batter in the baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
After it's finished cooking and cooled slightly, cut into squares then carefully lift out and place on a wire rack to cool.
8As you can see, they are already disappearing! Darn him! I'm not finished yet....
9Dust with powdered sugar.
