1Cut cheese cake into little squares about 2 inches or a good size to fit in the spring roll,wrap qand cut the spring in half,put the cheese cake in side the spring roll, then wrap,on each end use egg white mixture then wrap with plastic wrap up cheese cake so its inside the spring roll, wrap it good.frozen them overnight.I don't use egg and milk!!!!
2Then with deep fryer or a pot of oil,get oil hot,drop one of the wraps in oil,cook til golden brown,put on paper towel or brown bag . then put on plate and pour your flavored sauce on top,I have used Blueberry and raspberry sauce.
