Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 box
spice cake mix
1 pkg
butterscotch instant pudding
2 c
carrots, finely shredded
1 c
water
1 c
crushed pineapple (i drained--recipe doesn't state)
1 c
sour cream
4
eggs, beaten
whipped topping

Directions Step-By-Step

Spray bottom of crock pot.

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, carrots, water, pineapple, sour cream and eggs; beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on low 5 hours. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped topping.
