Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Gradually beat the sugar into eggs, add melted butter and chocolate.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon twice.
Add alternately with milk.
Pour into 7 x 11 inch pan.
Bake about 25 minutes. Cool and cover with Creole Frosting.
FROSTING: Stir ingredients together. Pour over cooled caked.
