Cream cheese pound cake is my family's favorite :-)...my husband said "cream cheese pound cake + coffee is so good", my daughter said " no ...dad its good with a milk...yummy" but I like my cream cheese pound cake with a hot tea :-)

Absolutely wonderful served just as is...or alongside some beautiful fresh berries. We used a Bundt pan and sprayed it with cooking spray prior to pouring in the batter. Worked like a dream!

Ingredients

2 stick
butter, room temperature
2 c
flour
2 c
sugar
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
8 oz
cream cheese, Philadelphia

Step-By-Step

1Mix sugar and butter very well. Add cream cheese and then add eggs one at the time, and mix it again.

2Add flour, baking powder, vanilla and mix well and ready to ready to bake.

3Preheat 350 F for about 50 minutes or until golden brown.
