I remember having this every Christmas morning growing up. I started making it for my family last year and it was a huge it. It will definitely become a part of our Christmas breakfast each year....and I'm sure more than that.

Ingredients

1 stick
butter
1 c
sugar
2
eggs
2 c
flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
sour cream
1 tsp
vanilla
1 can(s)
cranberry sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Beat together butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs.

Sift dry ingredients together (flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt) and add alternately with sour cream to mixture.

In small bowl mashed the cranberry sauce with a fork.

Put a layer of the mixture into the pan and then a layer of cranberry sauce. Do this until all the cranberry sauce and mixture are used up. The last layer should be of the mixture.

Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.

Cook for 55 minutes at 350.
