This is a delight to Fix, the Creamy layers are all goodness!!!

Everyone will be delighted with this dessert in the Heat of Summer.

one whole Angelfood cake

Ingredients

angel food cake, slice in (3) layers or you can use a sponge cake.

FILLING

1 Large
pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 (16) oz
can drained, crushed pineapple
1 (16oz)
carton cool whip, thawed

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine Pudding, & Drained Pineapple, Mix with Mixer on low speed about 2-3 minutes.

Fold in Cool whip.

Be sure your angel food cake is sliced into 3 Layers crosswise.
TIP: to Cut the Cake use a "Serated Knife" cutting in a sawing motion.
Add filling inbetween each layer, With the remaining on top. You do not have to frost sides.
Chill, Keep in Refer before serving, for a cool delightful Dessert.. . also great with fresh sliced strawberries on the side.
