1 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1 1/2 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
butter, cold

1 Tbsp
flour
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 1/4 c
coconut
1/2 c
macadamia nuts, chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

1. cream flour and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture redembles coarse meal. Press into bottom of greased 9x9 pan.
Bake at 350* for 15 minutes

2. combine eggs, remaining 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 T. flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
Mix well, add coconut and macadamia nuts. Spread over crust.

3.Bake 350* for 20 minutes.
Cool. Cut into bars.
