Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange 6 3/4 cup custard cups in a 13x9x2 pan. Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Mix in coconut. Divide mixture among cups. Pour enough hot water into pans to come halfway up the sides of the cups.
Bake flans until just set in center, about 30 minutes. Remove flan from pan and refrigerate until cold, about 2 hours. Can be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated, Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Carefully invert flan before serving.
