| 8 oz | cream cheese, softened |
| 1 lb | powdered sugar |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |

Directions
For the cake:
Cream butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Add peanut butter and sour cream. Mix well. Gradually add flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Blend well at medium speed. Pour in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely.For the frosting:
Blend butter and cream cheese well. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. Spread on cool cake.Note: For a peanut butter frosting, instead of the butter, add 1/2 cup of peanut butter.
