1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Sift the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
2Combine the mayonnaise and hot water in a medium bowl, add the vanilla.
3Add the mayonnaise mixture to the dry ingredients; mix well.
4Pour into a greased and floured 13X9 inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of cake comes out clean.
*Note: You can use a bundt pan and just spray with some Baker's Joy baking spray.*
5Add frosting of your choice or serve with icecream and chocolate sauce.
