Directions

1
PREHEAT THE OVEN:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
2
MAKE THE CAKE:
Combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in the mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer or a stand model mixer. Beat on medium speed for 10 minutes, then add the chips and beat one minute more. Pour into the bundt pan.
3
BAKE THE CAKE:
Bake in the 350 oven for 60 minutes. If you used oil instead of applesauce, bake ten minutes more. Cool completely in the pan before removing.
4
TO SERVE:
You may dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with your favorite glaze. Or serve it plain. Enjoy!
5
VANILLA GLAZE:
1/3 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 to 4 tablespoons hot water.
Melt the butter in a sauce pan, add the powdered sugar and the vanilla. Add the water a little at a time until it is smooth and thick and will pour. There is enough glaze for a 12 inch bundt cake like my picture.

Oh, Bonnie Dare! Bundt cakes are my weakness and this one sounds sooooooooooooo good! AND since it uses several sugar free items, I might can even enjoy a normal-sized piece of it for myself! I can't wait to try it!

Yes, it has sugar free items, no oil, the only sugar and fat is in that one cup of chips, but keep in mind that is in the whole cake. It can be eaten plain, too.♥
