Directions
PREHEAT THE OVEN:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan.MAKE THE CAKE:
Combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in the mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer or a stand model mixer. Beat on medium speed for 10 minutes, then add the chips and beat one minute more. Pour into the bundt pan.BAKE THE CAKE:
Bake in the 350 oven for 60 minutes. If you used oil instead of applesauce, bake ten minutes more. Cool completely in the pan before removing.TO SERVE:
You may dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with your favorite glaze. Or serve it plain. Enjoy!VANILLA GLAZE:
1/3 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 to 4 tablespoons hot water.
Melt the butter in a sauce pan, add the powdered sugar and the vanilla. Add the water a little at a time until it is smooth and thick and will pour. There is enough glaze for a 12 inch bundt cake like my picture.

We're back to W. Watchers so this sounds like a good one to try. I'll leave out the choc. chips as I don't care for them--for some mysterious reason, chocolate chips remind me of eating thumb tacks!! Ha--no, I haven't eaten thumbtacks--it's just the texture in my mouth! Anyway, the chocolate pudding and cake mix should be enough chocolate to still be great! Thanks for sharing.
