1Chop up chocolate, butter and put them in boiling water, melting them.
2Add vanilla, sugar, egg yolks, baking powder, flour, baking soda and sour cream.
3Fold in egg whites.
4Put in tube pan.
5Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
6Frost cake with icing.
7For icing: combine all ingredients and cook on low heat.
9Cool, icing will thicken as it cools.
10Frost top of cake and let icing drizzle down sides.
