4 Tbsp	flour
3 Tbsp	sugar
1 Tbsp	cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 tsp	baking powder
pinch	salt
4 Tbsp	milk (or brewed coffee)
2 tsp	oil, canola or vegetable
drop	vanilla extract

This is so quick and so good! Homemade Chocolate Cake in a minute and a half! Yum! This is for those times when you need a quick chocolate fix, and no leftovers to tempt you! Enjoy!

Directions

Spray a coffee mug with Pam. In the mug combine the flour, Sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until no lumps remain. Stir in the milk (or coffee), oil, and vanilla until smooth.
Bake in the microwave on high for 1 ½ minutes.

I like to put a spoon of whipped cream on top! Enjoy!

I made this chocolate.mug cake last night and must say it was yummy. The old recipe I had been using called for 1 egg to the mug. I prefer this recipe over the recipe that calls for egg. Just to much egg for one mug of cake. I also used the coffee instead of milk. The recipe is a keeper!
