- can of refrigerated biscuits (any kind)
- oil for frying
- sugar for coating
1Heat oil to 350 degrees in a deep skillet pan to completely submerge biscuit.
2Drop the biscuit dough into the hot oil and fry until it is lightly browned, turning them over mid way through the cooking time.
3Drain on a rack or with paper towels to catch the oil, then roll them around in white sugar.
4They can also be drizzled with honey or topped with your favorite preserves or jelly.
