Cherry Cheesecake

Got this recipe years ago, off of a package of cream cheese. I've gone on to use springform pans to make regular cheesecakes, but then we come back to this tried & true recipe! It just has the right combination of cream cheese and cherries. It's a Criswell family favorite!

Ingredients

2 pkg
cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
2
eggs, beaten
1
graham cracker pie crust
1 can(s)
cherry pie filling

Step-By-Step

1Mix together softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended.

2Add eggs, mixing well.

3Pour into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for approx. 40 minutes or until done.

4After cheesecake has cooled, top with cherry pie filling (or other topping of your choice).

5Refrigerate for several hours or overnight, before serving.
