Cherry Cheesecake

Got this recipe years ago, off of a package of cream cheese. I've gone on to use springform pans to make regular cheesecakes, but then we come back to this tried & true recipe! It just has the right combination of cream cheese and cherries. It's a Criswell family favorite!

Ingredients

2 pkg
cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract

eggs, beaten
1
graham cracker pie crust
1 can(s)
cherry pie filling

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix together softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended.

Add eggs, mixing well.

Pour into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for approx. 40 minutes or until done.

After cheesecake has cooled, top with cherry pie filling (or other topping of your choice).

Refrigerate for several hours or overnight, before serving.
