I always loved Carrot Cake. This recipe is tried & true.

Ingredients

4
eggs, beaten
2 c
sugar
2 c
carrots, grated
1 1/2 c
oil
1 c
walnuts, chopped
3 c
flour
2 1/2 tsp
baking powder
2 tsp
cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp
salt

ICING

2 tsp
vanilla
2 tsp
milk
6 oz
cream cheese

Step-By-Step

1Mix all the above ingredients together, except the ingredients for the icing.
2Pour into a bundt pan or springform pan.
3Bake at 350, for about 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
4Mix icing ingredients, and ice when cake is cooled.
