Ingredients

2 c
flour
2 c
sugar
2 tsp
baking soda
2 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
salt
1 c
cooking oil
combine above in bowl and add
4
eggs, beaten and added one at a time. add
3 c
shredded carrots and
1 tsp
vanilla

Step-By-Step

1Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes Use a 13 X 9-inch cake pan.

2FROSTING:
Combine 1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese with 1/4 lb. of butter, or margarine. Add;1 box of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well. Frost cake and sprinkle with 1 cup chopped pecans.
