Did you ever need 3 layers instead of just 2 that a cake mix usually yields? If so, use my extender. Add to any cake mix to make it equal 1.5 times the batter amount.

OTHER FLAVORS: I use this extender for all our cakes. Using all flour works just fine in chocolate cakes, in fact, we love the extender in devil’s food cake. I think it makes it taste even better.

Ingredients

1 c
cake flour or all purpose
1/2 c
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
1 tsp
baking powder
1
egg
1/2 c
water

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Make your cake mix per the instructions on the box and add the above ingredients.
