Ingredients

4 c
all purpose flour (remove 2 tablespoons flour from each measured cup)
8 Tbsp
cornstarch

Step-By-Step

1Sift a measured cup(minus 2 tablespoons) of flour for each cup of cake flour you would like to blend. Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch per each cup of flour. Sift finished measured product 2 times.
