|2 1/2 c||heavy whipping cream, divided|
|1 - 8 oz||mascarpone cheese, room temperature|

DirectionsPrepare pudding mix according to package directins using 3 1/2 C of milk for both packages.In a large bowl, beat 2 C whipping cream at medium-high speed with a mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in 2 Tbsp sugar.In seperate bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, remaining 1/2 C sugar & remaining 1/2 C whipping cream. Gently fold pudding/mascarpone mixture into whipped cream mixture.Brust cut sides of ladyfingers with kahlua. Layer ladyfinger & pudding mixture in parfait glasses or wine glasses.Cover & refrigerate at least 4 hours.IN A HURRY?
Layer the drenched ladyfingers & pudding mixture alternately in a large serving bowl, ending with the pudding mixture. Dust the top with sifted cocoa just before serving.
