1 1/2 cbrown sugar

3 Tbspbutter

1 3/4 cscalded milk

3egg yolks

1/2 ccold milk

6 Tbspflour

1/3 tspsalt

1/2 cchopped nuts
How To Make butterscotch nut pudding

1Dissolve the brown sugar and butter in the scalded milk Combine slightly beaten egg yolks with cold milk; mix with flour and salt.

2Add first milk mixture and nuts. Pour in a greased inset pan.

3Cover and steam for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
