1 1/2 c
brown sugar
3 Tbsp
butter
1 3/4 c
scalded milk

egg yolks
1/2 c
cold milk
6 Tbsp
flour
1/3 tsp
salt
1/2 c
chopped nuts

Directions Step-By-Step

Dissolve the brown sugar and butter in the scalded milk

Combine slightly beaten egg yolks with cold milk; mix with flour and salt.

Add first milk mixture and nuts.

Pour in a greased inset pan.

Cover and steam for 45 minutes.

Serve with whipped cream.
