I LOVE THIS RECIPE N I REALLY DONT ENJOY CAKE THAT ISNT CHOCOLATE...BUT THIS ONE SIMPLY DELICIOUS N ALWAYS SEEMS TO DISSAPPEAR :)

Ingredients

3 c
flour
2 1/2 c
sugar
1/4 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
room temp butter
6 large
eggs
1 tsp
lemon extract (or juice n zest of lemon)
1 tsp
vanilla
1 c
buttermilk

Step-By-Step

1GREASE OR SPRAY A BUNDT PAN. MIX FLOUR, BAKING SODA N SALT N SET ASIDE. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325.
2IN A LARGE BOWL BEAT BUTTER WITH SUGAR. ADD EGGS... ONE AT A TIME MIXING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION. MIX IN LEMON N VANILLA. MIX IN FLOUR MIXTURE ALTERNATELY WITH BUTTERMILK. POUR BATTER INTO PREPARED BUNDT PAN.
3BAKE FOR 90 MINUTES...TEST CAKE AFTER AN HOUR...CAKE IS DONE AFTER CAKE PULLS AWAY FROM PAN. B4 REMOVING CAKE LET SIT N COOL IN PAN FOR 10 MINUTES....ENJOY :)

CAN SERVE WITH FRESH FRUIT N WHIPPD TOPPN OR POWDERED SUGAR OR A LEMON GLAZE... WHICH EVER WAY MMMMMMMMMM!
